Ladislav works as a senior consultant at Service & Support, a company specializing in IT operations and security management systems (SecOps). For more than 20 years of his professional career, he has led teams designing and implementing solutions for Systems and Security Management with the aim of bringing real added value to his customers. Long-term cooperation with customers from the Utility sector has also brought him a number of challenges for Security & Operation solutions in the field of SCADA systems. Recent awards from itsmF Czech Republic and ČIMIB confirm his innovative approach to solving current problems faced by today's CIOs.

When he has some free time, he likes to clear his head in the saddle of his H-D chopper or with his basketball team.
