we are looking for a Project Manager for the areas of Cybersecurity/ITOps.

To keep up with a growing number of exciting projects in the Czech Republic and abroad, we are looking for someone to join our team who is not afraid of responsibility, can keep things together, and help us manage projects from assignment to successful delivery. ✍️
What do we expect from you?
• You are proactive, reliable, and able to see things through to completion.
• You have experience in project management, ideally in IT, cybersecurity, data solutions, or a technology-driven environment.
• You can plan, coordinate team activities, and manage timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• You are able to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into concrete tasks.
• You are comfortable organizing meetings, taking minutes, tracking action points, and reminding others of deliverables.
• You understand project management principles – waterfall, agile approaches, or a reasonable combination of both.
• You can prepare project documentation, status reports, schedules, and materials for project management.
• You have good English skills – at least at a B2 level.
• You are proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• You can work independently but also understand that projects are won as a team.
• You have a driver’s license.
➕ Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project is an advantage, as well as experience in IT Security project management.
Knowledge of process management principles, ISMS, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOC, penetration testing, or threat hunting is also a plus.

What will you be doing?
• Managing projects in IT, cybersecurity, ITOps, Big Data, and related technology solutions.
• Coordinating the work of internal teams, specialists, consultants, and external vendors.
• Communicating with customers, gathering requirements, and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Preparing and updating project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Organizing project meetings, taking minutes, and tracking task completion.
• Providing regular reporting on project status to clients and internal management.
• Managing risks, changes, priorities, and capacities during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with sales, technical, consulting, and security teams.
• Supporting the preparation of proposals, effort estimates, and project solution designs.
• Ensuring the project delivers value for the client, the team, and the company.
